If You Can't Beat Micro Limit Cash Game You Can't Beat Higher

Well i think 90% of the time this is the case.If you can't beat these really small micro stakes cash games you can probably say you won't be able to beat higher.I have moved from 1c/2c up to 25c/50c.I do not play at 25c/50c just now cause i am happy making profit at 10c/20c but i have the bankroll to play at 25c/50c.Now i am going to play a small bit next month of it to see what it is like but mostly will still be playing 10c/20c.There is quite a gap between both as one is at the top end of micro and the other is moving up to low limits. It also has grinders like myself in it more whereas 10c/20c are really soft, saying that though there will still be lots of fish at any low limit cash games.I am not big on given loads of tips out but here is a few obvious ones for playing micro that all the books and magazines suggest

1) bring max to table as it means you can put pressure on shorter stack opponents and let's you not take gambles
2) try to value bet more as a lot of these players will be playing to the river with middle pair and such
3) Rarely bluff as most of these players can't get away from hands easily

Yeah just a few small tips there but i agree with Ivey on that case, you can't take tips in but you can't use everything, you have to think about your own things, different things work differently for everyone

Yeah well i was also at dentist this morning.I only had to get my teeth scaled. Not had a filling in years.I must be looking after my teeth
