An Update on Lifestyle

So sleeping schedule has been going good, i always get recommended but not over and not under which makes me feel really fresh and alert.I usually go during the week at 21:45 to 05:20 and at weekends i go later. It seems to help playing poker when your mind needs to be really alert.I have been playing the cash games as usual mostly on Betfair. This morning i was up on profit but this afternoon was a kind of disaster, not losing money wise i lost the min considering a few bad beats but people talk about nosebleed stakes, well during playing in a cash game in the afternoon i literally had a nosebleed lol.The game had a guy on tilt so it already had a couple on the waiting list so it took a while to get in and then a while after i have a nosebleed and was sat out for while obviously.Oh well i only lost a slight amount, dropped a few dollars but the profit in the morning made up for it, every day is another day.I have a rough guide of how much i expect to make but don't get too caught up in it, just play the cards and players and see what happens, especially with Nl Hold Em it is fairly high varience game.A few memorable hands where when i sat down and 2 guys where all in with my 3rd hand at the table.Aces over kings and guy with aces hit trips for monster pot.Think it was $31.65 he won.Another hand that was weird was guy on tilt pushes i have ace queen so decide to call as i had him covered and as he was tilting, he flips over 10 8 and he hits a 10 on flop, kinda suck but then he actually had a good hand with pocket jacks and i called as he was on tilt still with pocket sixes.I hit quads on flop, that was a big hand for me so i sent the man packing, he still rebought for another a few and then told the railbirds he was off to sleep lol.A few fish out there so got to keep game selection good.Their is still a few good players at 0.10/0.20 but most are average or fish, you can usually tell about someone briefly from their buy in to the table.I will just need to keep playing and learning

A side note on poker, when i have had the chance i have been watching WSOPE and High Stakes poker.HSP is really good and i must say Tom Dwan has really really impressed me on these shows, he can pull bluffs off really well which is difficult thing to do.Hellmuth and the Norwegian guy lost their buy in and Daniel nearly lost his but him and Dwan ran it twice and he caught a 9 on river to give him trips so split pot, Dwan had pocket queens and Negreanu had 7 9 suited and had middle pair on flop and backdoor straight. Now and then i still watch the nosebleed stakes on Full Tilt, God these guys really have huge downswings and upswings, PLO is a higher varience than NLHE and espceially at the stakes they play like 300/600 along those lines, you should watch it cause it is entertaining.MY top 5 in the game right now online would be Cole South Tom Dwan, Phil Ivey(when he is ever on) Patrik Antonious and Phil Galfond, i think Zigmund has too much swings and plays above his bankroll, isildur is a really good player but again bankroll is out the question, tbh a lot of these guys are playing above their level, even Gus Hansen should handle his bankroll better !

Apart from that played a PES Event last week and made Quarter Finals which was okay.I moved up a lot of places so i was at 123rd ranked but now this week 126, not too far off top 64 now, i am confident i will make the Grand Finals again.I go up the park 5 days a week with my dog, well not really a park a rugby field, i do not go at weekends due to teams playing matches but it is nice a quiet during the week and i really enjoy going.I run for a while too so giving me some exercise and the dog.Loads of space, pretty cool for Charley, she loves going.
